uCitizen provides a marketplace platform where store owners and users may interact directly.
uCitizen is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
All agreements, payments, deliveries, warranties, and disputes between users and store owners are their sole responsibility.
uCitizen does not guarantee sellers, buyers, products, or services.
uCitizen does not provide refunds for disputes between users and stores.
3. Promotions and Boosts
Payments made for store promotions, listing boosts, featured listings, or advertising are final.
Promotion payments are non-refundable even if a store, product, or listing is later removed.
4. Technical Issues
If a payment is successfully processed but the service was not delivered due to a technical error, we may correct the service provisioning.
We do not provide cash refunds.
5. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, you forfeit any remaining services or subscriptions.
No refunds will be issued.
