uCitizen is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe digital environment. We enforce strict safeguards to prevent abuse, exploitation, and unsafe interactions. These standards follow internationally recognized child safety principles and platform requirements.
uCitizen strictly prohibits:
uCitizen uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove content that may violate child safety rules. Content suspected of involving minors in unsafe situations may be immediately restricted pending investigation.
Users can report content or behavior involving minors through the in-app reporting tools. Reports involving child safety are prioritized and reviewed urgently.
Accounts involved in child exploitation or unsafe behavior toward minors will be permanently banned. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement and appropriate child protection organizations.
uCitizen discourages sharing personally identifiable information about children. We take steps to remove content that exposes minors to unnecessary risk.
uCitizen is intended for users aged 13 years and above. Users below the required age are not permitted to create accounts.
If we discover that an account belongs to a user under the minimum age, the account may be removed to protect the child’s privacy and safety.
